1) As a member, I recently traveled to AMCIS conference for recruitment purposes in 2016. We were recruiting for the new faculty member (open rank). Together with other members of the personnel committee, we reviewed credentials of 56 candidates for our search and interviewed 21 candidates.
2) In 2017, we started another search focused on Cybersecurity. As part of this search, I reviewed credentials of 50 candidates and interviewed 7 candidates.
3) Further, as part of the committee, I review all departmental sabbatical and RPT applications.
