    Description

    Co-directed (with Shannon Jolliff-Dettore, in Student Affairs) a cross-campus initiative to incorporate experience and training in dialogue across differences into student learning experiences from campus arrival programs, Residence Life, academic curriculum, and co-curricular activities. - The CGL 145 faculty have partnered with both the Multicultural Advancement Scholars program and the Leadership Advancement Scholars to include intergroup dialogue (CGL 145) in the protocols for both programs, giving students opportunities to build relationships across the scholarship groups. - CGL 145 faculty and the director of LGBTQ Services, in our CLASS/ESS partnership, offered, through CETL, 14 hours of professional development workshops for faculty interested in utilizing intergroup dialogue techniques to enhance student engagement in the classroom. - Fall 2018 the director of LGBTQ Services along with the CLASS partner, Andrew Blom, offered trainings to ESS units for a total of 18 hours and 624 total participants - Created facilitation training programs for staff in Leadership Safari, IMPACT, Residence Life, URec, ESS Graduate Assistant Cohort,
