Ongoing (often long term) sharing of expertise and knowledge with 17 CMU units. I help them with their records issues and bring collections into the Clarke and leads to more positive relationships with others, including donors (collection development, Outreach, and has led to Community Partnership): notably CMU Athletics, CMU Museum, CMU Student Government Association, CMU gay/lesbian students, and many others. My work meets the definition of both outreach and community engagement.
