Each working group will be responsible for gaining broad-based input from the university community as well as external constituents who are critical to the success of CM U. Working groups will use this information to formulate ideas and recommendations for the respective strategic pathway. The conveners of each working group will prepare periodic progress reports and meet with steering committee members throughout the process. A formal charge for each working group is currently being developed.
