-Write and have HDFS faculty ad approved
-Collaborate with HR to post ad
-Post ad nationally, regionally, and state wide
-Complete all HR paperwork
-Lead committee to screen and initially interview candidates
-Lead second round of intensive interviews
-Schedule candidate meetings across university (ex. Diversity, ORGS, Student reps, Dean, Chair, Candidate specific interests, etc.)
-Respond to candidate emails/calls of inquiries/Point of contact with each candidate
-Determine top candidates and serve as department liaison
-Analyze department and student feedback Evaluated each applicant materials in depth
-Rank ordered candidates based on required and preferred qualifications
-Determined candidates for initial interviews
-Completed and analyzed data collected in interviews
-Determined top tier candidates for "campus" interview - second round
-Completed all paperwork and hiring requirements
-Analyzed and evaluated department member feedback to determine top candidates
-Successfully hired top pick of department
