o Reported to Dean of Libraries
o Served as the spokesperson for all librarians
o Led the tri-annual Bylaws Review process, met with Dean Moore, worked with my faculty colleagues, held regular meetings, discussed possible changes and updates, added or revised language to the bylaws that needed updating, wrote rationales, worked with Faculty Personnel Services, and completed almost the entire process, except for a couple of items that extended beyond my term.
o Held annual library elections for standing library committees.
o Supported colleagues at the time of their performance reviews and provided support for their scholarly activity.
