Created and directed the first Women in Business Mentoring Program for the College of Business Administration that paired business students with successful female alumni in a strucuted mentoring relationship over the course of the academic year.
Provided an Assessment Center opportunity for all mentees.
Paired students with mentors based on similar skills, interests and career aspirations
Held an inaugural event with several speakers and workshop sessions for mentees to work with their mentors
Held a closing session on campus with speakers, a dinner, and workshops to close the loop on the mentoring relationship.
