In the capacity of mentoring Honors students, Vincent G. Whitelock works with student to develop an Honors Contract that clearly states what the plan for Honors study will be, as well as how it will be carried out and evaluated. The contract is signed by the student and the professor and reviewed by the Honors program for final approval. To receive Honors credit for the Honors Contract, students must receive a grade of B- or better and satisfactorily complete the requirements of the Honors Contract. The goal is to provide the student with a unique and meaningful learning experience beyond the standard curriculum offered. In this contract the Honors student is to attend appropriate SAP SUG related educational activities, document, weekly, what they have learned by attending these activities.
