Committee met in Spring semesters to discuss the criteria for the review and survey questions sent to the faculty, analyze the survey results and produce the department’s recommendation. As the Chair of the committee, I organized meetings, kept and shared written documentation of committee discussions and produced the Chair Review Survey (Microsoft Forms), drafted the final report and revised it based on feedback from committee members. I shared the reports with our Dean, Chair and faculty. In Spring 2021, the survey included the question on Chair’s reappointment that was voted on by the department.
