The revision of MBA 690 was substantive, including:Introduced a new textbook with inclusive access (more most effective), Created integration between Blackboard and Capsim via single user access, Added new team assignments with relevant rubrics, Added extra credit assignments (individual reflection assignments), Reworked syllabus, Revised course schedule and criteria for evaluation, Modified academic integrity policy, Added pre-class activities, Created new textbook quizzes, Added new learning objectives and weekly required tasks, Mapped learning objectives on to Module tasks, Created new master Capsim template with features unique to CMU (recession, human resource module, total quality management module, and ethics vignette), Revised academic expectations for course and Capsim, Revised explanation and overview of CompX, Updated Comp-XM grading policies, Updated supplementary materials (textbook PowerPoint slides, textbook chapter review documents, Capsim PowerPoint templates, Capsim videos), Updated Capsim simulation grading (Rounds 1-5) and create new rubric for competition Round 6 performance, and Updated the instructor guide.
