The committee's goals are to achieve a consistent effort in participation and the promotion of university wide and unit initiatives and strategies, to generate and prioritize grants, and to collect, process, and share relevant data in coordination with the University's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.
I participated in the initial meetings of the committee, during which we formulated early proposals and solicited input from our respective units.
