I currently serve on the Master of Science in Administration Council. The MSA Council provides an advisory function for the interdisciplinary MSA. The Council also recommends policies to the MSA with special attention paid to course offerings and quality control. My most recent service began in Fall, 2020, but I also served from 2015-2017.
The monthly meetings are roughly two hours long, however, they do require preparation. Members must advise about curricular changes, pointing out areas of alignment/divergence with other CMU curricula, in addition to checking documents that will be/have been submitted to the Curriculum Committee.
