    2. Develop plan for University Consortium for Child Welfare training and certification process via social work programs.
    3. Working with subcommittee of faculty and MI DHHS staff to revise competencies for child welfare training.

    Developed multi-stage framework for training at universities and state of Michigan for child welfare workers.
