Abstract
The presentation addresses the changes in charter school law around the country during the past year. Its goal is to keep ELA members informed of important developments and trends in charter school law. It includes an examination of both legislative changes and the court opinions that were issued in 2013. Five states have adopted legislative changes to their laws regarding charter schools and seven lawsuits involving charter school have been resolved so far in 2013.
