Abstract

Big Data is now everywhere, and it can be used by businesses to improve. But the authors of this article say that the potential Big Data represents in day-to-day business operations is mostly misunderstood. They take a close look at the topic, including how Big Data can be used to help companies make better decisions. And they explain why gaining a competitive edge requires a change in the way we think about the business world around us.
