Co-Constructing Personal Narratives to Support Identity in Aphasia: The My Story Project One Year Later

Abstract

The ‘My Story’ Project piloted a protocol to co-construct personal narratives with persons who have aphasia. Qualitative interviews of participants one year later explore longer term impact on this process. Results provide information that may contribute person-centered therapy techniques for individuals with aphasia.
