Abstract

In staff development workshops supervisors encourage teachers to move away from teacher-centered lessons and to incorporate more interactive and collaborative strategies. However, these suggestions are usually offered in the form of lecture. This workshop provides supervisors with center-based approaches to make their workshops more hands-on and relevant for teachers.
