Abstract

Based on what we have discussed in the first paper of the SIPCE series, this paper analyzes requirements of various functions of the smart internet of power consumption equipments (SIPCE) for information transmission, including parameter indexes to measure the effectiveness and information classifications for the SIPCE. The paper continues to discuss the information life cycle and existence scope. Facing the development situation of power communication network in China, this paper introduces some supporting communication technologies of SIPCE and mapping relation between the network architecture and actual power access network based on the access model and communication topology of residence community. At last, the data processing and storage methods in SIPCE are introduced briefly.
