Abstract

We have identified an error in the FRESCO calculations described in Ref. [1]. The amplitude of the sequential part of the [Formula presented] transfer calculation was missing a factor of [Formula presented]. The results from using the correct calculations are shown below in Figs. 1 and 2. Our results and conclusions do not change, given the overall uncertainties.
