Abstract

There are many new requirements in both teacher preparation and evaluation programs that raise much criticism and controversy in the USA. This paper describes the new reforms proposed in the teachers' evaluation , the new requirements of evaluation based on 4 indicators and analyzes the criticism of these idea.
