Abstract
This session looks at the use of deliberate practice as a means of developing communication skills and mastery among students in business communication classes. Deliberate practice includes a series of steps designed to give practice, interspersed with feedback, aimed at improving performance. Three examples of assignments using deliberate practice are shared, along with a sample of student output
