Developmental neuroscience as it pertains to early childhood education

Research output: Contribution to conferencePoster

Abstract

Once again, I went over general mechanisms and provided interesting experimental stories regarding early brain development, dependencies, and vulnerabilities. I described my own work in part, as well as other research that explores early mammalian development of the brain and how that pertains to the circumstances of early childhood development. I've maintained my connection with Emma Dyer who is now actively engaged in her thesis project and we've had several meetings to develop her survey approach.
