Abstract
Due to COVID-19 I transformed my on campus 3-credit HST 583 Archives Administration class and internships to hybrid HYFLEX and digital modalities. I will share preparation tips and lessons learned from teaching hybrid and HYFLEX, how I created a sense of community to support and teach severely stressed students, how and why I created digital boxes for the students to process. Also, I will discuss how I planned, trained, communicated with and supervised my digital interns encoding finding aids. My class and the internships were a success for me and my students!
