Abstract
Jazz trumpet soloist with the Duke Ellington Jazz Orchestra at Orchestra Hall in Detroit. Regular members of the ensemble are from New York City, Dallas, Philadelphia. I was hired as a substitute for the trumpet 4 position. I performed this concert with no rehearsal for an audience of 2000 people.
