Abstract

A brief account of the energy-dispersive X-ray diffraction method for structural studies of disordered materials is given. Results of test energy-dispersive X-ray diffraction experiments on Pd₈₀Si₂₀ and Fe₄₀Ni₄₀P₁₄B₆ metallic glasses, SiO₂ and SrOP₂O₅ inorganic glasses and liquid Hg are presented.
