Abstract

A brief account of the Energy-dispersive X-ray diffraction method for structural studies of disordered materials is given. Results of test Energy-dispersive X-ray diffraction studies of Pd80Si20, Fe40Ni40P14B6 metallic glasses; SiO2, SrOP2O5 inorganic glasses and liquid Hg are presented.
