Research output: Contribution to conferencePosterpeer-review

Abstract

In this session, we will discuss commonly held stereotypes about Generation Y and will examine the impact that these stereotypes have on our students, their learning experience, and their future careers. We will also discuss how our own perceptions affect our interaction with students in the learning process. Finally, we will examine the empirical research on generational differences and discuss what we can do as faculty to challenge these stereotypes.
