Abstract

I performed on trumpet as part of the quintette for this jazz recording featuring original music by Jordan VanHemert (saxophone-CMU alum 2011). The theme of the recording is identifying the injustices of Asian-Americans since the start of the pandemic, specifically featuring some Korean folk music performed in jazz style.
