Abstract
This article presents a case study on how a multidisciplinary Healthy Lifestyles course became part of the general education curriculum at a Midwestern university. It provides recommendations for including a health course in a general education curriculum and informing colleagues about health education, its multidisciplinary nature, and its theoretical bases.
