N2 - A new structural concept was developed for e-learning educational materials meant for improving innovation in textile field. The educational materials were composed of 35 new project solutions offered by five research providers in textiles. The project solutions resulted as need of the textile industry, identified by a SWOT analysis of a Benchmarking study with 64 enterprises on European level. The connections between the Opportunities from the SWOT analysis and the project solutions was included in a cluster table. The new e-learning concept was developed with Moodle resources and activities, in order to comply with the structure of the educational materials. Thus, within the logical approach, hyperlinks were provided between project solutions and the cluster table, while the cluster table Opportunities was linked to the SWOT analysis. Nonetheless, project solutions may be accessed in sequential approach, by Moodle activity Glossary. The attractive e-learning course was completed by three modules on innovation in Book resource format, multiple choice questions and Youtube videos with interviews of the project’s research providers. The work on the educational materials and the new e-learning concept was developed within the Erasmus+ project TexMatrix - " Matrix of knowledge for innovation and competitiveness in textile enterprises” (2016-2018), having five experienced partners: INCDTP - Bucharest (coordinator), TecMinho - Portugal, Centrocot - Italy, University Maribor - Slovenia and Technical University Iasi. The Benchmarking questionnaire was leveraged by the management instrument of the Knowledge Matrix for Innovation, commonly prepared by the partners for textile enterprise’s end-users. The project had an outstanding impact with 199 textile professionals and 137 young trainees prepared within multiplier events and blended courses. The English e-learning course may be accessed by Guests on www.advan2tex.eu/portal.
