Measuring music conducting from multiple perspectives: Mixed-method validity analysis of a six-function theory and survey

Research output: Contribution to conferencePaperpeer-review

Abstract

The study tested the validity of the Conducting Priorities Survey. CPS with concise wording showed minimally adequate reliabilities, whereas a CPS with clarified wording and updated content produced robust reliabilities. Evidence convincingly yet tentatively support the content, construct, concurrent, and predictive validity of the CPS.
