Abstract
Entry into higher education happens through a variety of different pathways. Once on a pathway, more pathways emerge! This session will explore non-tenure and tenure track lines and address ways to approach the work to meet all the important criteria for success in the Reappointment, Promotion, Tenure (RPT) process. Although hints, tips, and advice will be provided, this session will also provide time to ask questions and allow for discussion on areas of concern to participants. Faculty and administrators will lead the group in thinking about how various opportunities in higher education can be leveraged as well as life-giving!
