Research output: Contribution to conferencePaperpeer-review

Abstract

A significant issue facing supply chain managers today is attracting, retaining, and developing appropriately skilled individuals, particularly when a growing shortage of talent exists. This paper expands the application of classic needs theory and career theory in SCM as it focuses on intrinsic and extrinsic factors in relationship to career satisfaction. Means tests and hierarchical regression were used to identify important career choice factors that influence career satisfaction.
