Abstract
This paper proposes an implementation method of dynamic GIS service chain based on workflow technology. This method uses abstract GIS services composing GIS service chain. The abstract services can be mapping to concrete GIS services by dynamic service finding mechanism. Combined with workflow technology, the process of GIS service chain described by workflow description language can be sent into workflow engine to be executed and monitored.
