title = "Temperature gradient transport growth of potassium tantalate niobate, kta1nbxo3, single crystals",
abstract = "Large single crystals (15 × 15 × 15 mm3) of KTa1-xNbxO3 solid solutions with compositions. 197< × <.425 have been grown by temperature gradient transport technique. The crystals were analyzed for composition, Curie point, lattice constant, pyroelectric coefficient and relative dielectric constant. Results indicate that compositional gradients in the crystals are minimized by this growth technique. Growth experiments are described in some detail with experimental parameters related to measured properties.",
