Abstract

The purpose of the current study was to investigate the impact of abbreviated TPE on seven domains of pain attitudes and beliefs: solicitude, emotionality, medical cure, control, harm, disability and medication for persons with chronic LBP. METHODS: Subjects: Participants received a 1-hour TPE session delivered either in-person (ID) or virtually (VD) by a licensed physical therapist trained in pain education. <b><u>CONCLUSIONS:</u> </b>TPE content impacted specific domains for participants with chronic LBP.
