Abstract

Two deep trap levels (4.1 eV and 5.2 eV) were revealed in pure and in DANS-doped Topas® 8007 films by means of PSD, in contrast to the TSD results that point towards only one trap level at 0.75 eV. In the future, measurements with non-polar dyes included in the polymer matrix could be performed which would allow probing space-charge effects exclusively.
