Abstract
Objective: To observe the value of three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of rudimentary uterine horn. Methods: Three-dimensional ultrasound was performed on 38 patients suspected of rudimentary uterine horn. The ultrasonic findings were compared with that of hysterography, laparoscopy and (or) the post-surgery pathologic results. Results: Of the 38 patients, 35 patients were diagnosed definitely, other 3 patients were failed to be distinguished from liquidation of myoma of uterus. Conclusion: Three-dimensional ultrasound is an effective way to diagnose rudimentary uterine horn.
