Abstract

2002-2003 Designed, facilitated and evaluated nine-month training program for six local non-profit organizations that focused on performance improvement, total quality management, organizational service challenges and networking issues. Learning Network components included organizational needs assessments, orientation, learning sessions, individual consulting and evaluation (pre/post knowledge & ability, session satisfaction, return on investment).
