Abstract
This paper describes an innovative approach to applying Knowles’ Adult Learning Theory in a sequence of uniquely integrated lower-level and upper-level undergraduate business courses. Traditional classroom teachings are enhanced with hands-on small group practitioner-oriented exercises that focus on student knowledge application, consequential reflection, and skill advancement. Both quantitative and qualitative student opinion data are presented as evaluative indicators.
