Abstract

A novel approach to teaching students the fundamentals of engineering graphics and design is presented. With this approach, students demonstrate improved visualization and freehand drawing skills, they quickly and enthusiastically learn basic computer solid modeling skills, and they produce excellent conceptual designs.
