Abstract

This session will help HR professionals examine their perceptions of multiple generations in the workplace and will debunk some common myths about generational differences in regards to work attitudes, motivation, conflict, communication and stress. Facilitators review key differences between current research related to generational differences and popular culture's traditional and continually reinforced stereotypes.
